Well, it is the Fifth Annual Great American Seafood Cook-Off as presented by Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board (LSPMB) and NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association). This event is on August 2 and 3 where chef’s from different states compete to win the title of King of American Seafood.
This Cook Off event, which is one of America’s most prestigious culinary competitions, promotes the positiveness of domestic seafood sustainability.
