It has been two weeks now since I have gone to Marikina Sports Park to jog and attend our football training. I have been feeling sluggish and have observed that my body weight has increased from 131-132 lb range to the 134-135 lb range. Both are within the normal range for my height but as one who plays football, a little weight gain means a lot especially with the sudden sprints and change of pace required in playing soccer. But whatever happens, I do not think I would resort to using weight loss supplements, not that they are bad for me, but because I prefer to maintain my weight through exercise and training. This is for the sake of being able to maintain my agility in the pitch. I just hope that after this busy week I would be able to go back to my weekly exercise routine.
