In our visit to Kibera in Nairobi, Kenya, I encountered this medical clinic along the main road this very large slum area. (See photo below).
I did not try to go inside and see what services they offer and how they administered the different medical procedures they offered. But basing on the looks of the clinic I think a person who is not used to the kind of living conditions in Kibera would not entrust his or herself to be treated in this place. We hope that when we come back next year we would be able to bring a team of medical practitioners with us and offer some free medical assistance program or services not just to brothers and sisters in Christ in their area but to the rest of the community as well.
